We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist Business Analyst to lead the definition, review, and continuous improvement of business analysis and process engineering standards across the organization. This role is instrumental in aligning business processes, data, and technology with strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of efficient, scalable, and gold-standard solutions.

• Collaboratively define, maintain, and enhance business analysis and process engineering methodologies, standards, and artefacts.
• Develop and curate a repository of company and industry best practices aligned to gold standards.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to evolve business analysis and process engineering capabilities.
• Drive integration of business needs, data insights, and technology through robust analysis and process design.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Support system integration initiatives across diverse technologies.
• Lead and contribute to extensive reporting and data analytics efforts.
• Apply process mining tools (e.g., ARIS, Celonis) to uncover inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint-based solutions to support business operations.

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

• Business analysis experience

• Data Engineering or Data Science experience is advantageous
• Banking experience is an added advantage
• Experience with ARIS, Celonis, and any process mining tools would also be beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proven experience in business analysis and process engineering within complex environments

• Strong understanding of system integration, data analytics, and reporting frameworks

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint development

• Familiarity with ARIS, Celonis, or other process mining tools

• Ability to work across multiple levels of abstraction and detail

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
