Are you a Business Analyst passionate about turning business challenges into impactful solutions? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and want to contribute to innovative insurance projects?  We’re looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance or financial services to join our growing team to be based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg (Hybrid - in office 3 days a week). 

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business users to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather and validate requirements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 

• BCom, BSc, or related qualification.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA, FTI).

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products claims processes, and policy administration systems.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and BPMN.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation projects in insurance (preferred).
